Filled with cleaned English wheat and made from 100% cotton, this microwaveable wheat bag can be warmed for comforting heat or chilled in the fridge or freezer for cooling relief.
To warm, place the wheat bag in a clean microwave with a rotary turntable for 1½–2 minutes at 500–1000 watts.
